Program

7.30AM - 8.30AM: check-in, breakfast – MacKenzie Room at Huang Engineering Center

8.30AM - 9.30AM: plenary session - MacKenzie Room

10AM - noon: breakout #1 – rooms to be announced at the meeting

12PM: lunch – Lunch will be served back at MacKenzie Room

12:30PM - 2PM: poster session (overlapping lunch)

2PM - 4PM: breakout #2 - breakout groups reassemble

4PM - 5PM: closing plenary session – MacKenzie Room

Location

We meet in Mackenzie Room, that is room 300 on the 3rd floor of the Jen-Hsun Huang Engineering Center, 475 Via Ortega.

The Huang Engineering Center has an octagonal rotunda, it’s located in the SE Quadrant of the Science and Engineering Quad.

Parking

If you are driving to campus, you can use either the Ortega Garage (285 Panama St., multilevel parking structure with meters on Level 1) or Roble Field Garage (519 Via Ortega, garage beneath the green Roble Field).

Deadline for travel funding application is August 25.

Deadline for workshop registration, if you want to be included in lunch head count, is Wed September 28. If you register after that date, you will not get fed.

If you received travel grant for Workshop 8 but could not attend, your travel grant automatically transfers to this workshop. You still need to register and click YES to travel funding.
