Please register by Wednesday, March 2, in order to be included in food orders. If you register later or show up unregistered, we will welcome you gladly but we might not be able to feed you.

Every participant will have to show proof of COVID-19 vaccine on the morning of the workshop. There will be no exceptions to this rule. You will have to show proof of vaccine to enter the site of the workshop. We will NOT be able to use negative Covid test instead of proof of vaccine.

The workshop will be one day long. The workshop will start at 8AM, and we will adjourn no later than 5PM.

Program

8a-9a: check-in (vax check), continental breakfast – outside of the Chen 100 building.

9a-10a: plenary session - Chen 100

10a-12p: breakout #1 – rooms to be announced at the meeting

12p-1p: lunch – Lunch will be served outdoors at Chen

12:30p-2p: poster session (overlapping lunch) – The poster session is taking place outdoors on the Beckman patio.

2p-4p: breakout #2

4p-5p: plenary session – Chen 100

Accommodations

All participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel.

We suggest you fly to LAX or BUR airports. Here’s Caltech travel suggestion page.

There is a lot of hotels walking distance from the Caltech campus. We suggest you book the hotel early, it’s a popular travel destination and the hotels might fill up even during Covid.
